Sally Sacks is a seasoned psychotherapist with 21 years of experience. She takes an eclectic approach to counseling. Sally is a certified neurolingiustic programmer. Neurolinguistic programming is the method of communication with the unconscious mind, the part of us that hold knowledge, answers, and reason for our thoughts, feelings and behaviors. It uses language and imagery to solve problems quickly
"Use what works, and have a large bag of tricks!" Sally holds a master's degree in Education/Psychology, and a Richard Bandler certification in neurolingiustic programming (NLP). Sally uses hypnosis, and thought field energy therapy, to provide simple, effective techniques that help you take control of your feelings and your life. "I believe the unconscious holds the answers to life's challenges. We can develop techniques to tap your best inner resources. I give my clients the tools to change their lives."
Specialties are: relationship issues, anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorders, phobias, children and adolescents. Sally is the author of "How to Raise the Next President", a guide to raising happy, emotionally developed children. Sally lectures and writes for websites nationally and internationally.
